My thoughts on mental toughness
No matter what diet plan you try, unless you develop "mental toughness" you will not succeed at weight loss.
Many weight loss plans offer big results with little or no effort. They are lying as they take your money to the bank. If weight loss was easy...everyone would be fit.
I have learned that the biggest battle for weight loss is not what diet or exercise you should try...but the biggest battle you will fight will be in your mind.
Developing your "mental toughness" will be the hardest thing you do, but if you do...it will lead you to many rewards.
